Hmm… someone said.. or was it several people said it to me? “Don’t worry, its okay you should have another child now because your son is already 4. Don’t worry, when the child comes your body will adjust to it?”

Another hmmm… if my body has adjusted for the first one how come I’m not doing too great now? How would it adjust to having to care for another baby and a 4 year old at the same time?

If you have experience taking care of your own child 100% on your own you will know what I mean… body adjusting to what exactly?

I really don’t think so… if my body had adjusted why am I superbly overweight and in constant pain?

Again its about lifestyle and our body mimics it. Being overweight and in pain are symptoms of something is not right somewhere.

Boy do I it know it now, sleep deprived, walking around like i’m detached from my body and when things are bad I have no time to take a break because there is a crying child hungry and need attention… bad things do go worse because the symptoms were ignored. I’m not even touching about whats going on in my head.

So learning about how lifestyles effect the body is very important to have a much better understanding of yourself and really point why you are not feeling like you are on top of your game.

Moms who are stay at home moms do have peers that they can talk to. One great way is to just have a regular discussion to see what could be done differently or what other mothers in the same situation does to handle the situation.

I have a friend who has the same thoughts and principle of how we ideally want to raise our kids and both of us are battling a health issues. Exchanging thoughts and methods helps to relief our mind because its always refreshing to hear from another household view. Sometimes the hardship is so similar that we finish each others sentences… and we work things out from there.

No one can understand us better then another person who is going through a similar thing and learning that you are not alone is a big relief on its own.

We can’t reverse to being a ‘non-mom’ but there is help, and hopefully is help to a better change that doesn’t include to dependency to prescription drugs and other energy enhancers. After seeking all the medical help, to maintain a healthy body still does depend on a really good lifestyle.
